Hi there!

My name is Maddie Stratton, I'm a painter and illustrator in New Orleans, LA and the sole creator of the Art History Coloring Book series.

These books were developed from a desire to make art accessible to more people, also I mostly just love to draw my own version of famous artworks. :-)

 

The books started as a part of a 'multiples' show in the gallery I worked at. In the beginning,  I used my own printer in my painting studio, flipping the sheets of paper manually because it didn't do double sided (lol!). As demand grew, I began working with printing companies, settling on Popcorn Products in 2021.

Now, I focus on designing new books (when not busy painting) and shipping out orders.
